The world's first Kashrut Monitoring Technology System, that supervises, listens, records, alerts, and corrects writers and other STaM preparers in real-time and constantly sends reports to the control room.
The system incorporates thousands of Halachic Laws from dozens of different writing and preparation methods, and knows how to monitor in real-time whether all the Halachic Laws have been observed according to the most stringent level of Kashrut and Hiddur.
All recorded documentation and reports of the preparation processes are transferred to the customer on a memory card for complete transparency.

MULTILAYER TECHNOLOGY
Parchment skins often contain tendons, patches of roughness, holes, and other problems that are not revealed to the naked eye which can cause over time cracks and peeling of the ink causing immediate disqualification (Pasul) of the STaM.
SHALEV SHIELD utilizes a Multi-layered Imaging Scan to the Klaff (parchment) which gives us the opportunity to choose the most spectacular parchments.
UNIQUE BIOMETRIC IDENTIFICATION SIGNATURE
With the help of one of the most advanced Optical Systems in the world, which scans each Sefer Torah, Tefillin and Mezuzah in its entirety, a Unique Biometric Identification Signature is created that can identify the STaM for lifetime.
LIFETIME INFORMATION
Every STaM prepared in SHALEV centers under the organization's kashrut supervision receives a user-name and personal log-in code on the Orgenization Website where he can access all the information about the STaM he has purchased, Including the preparation documentation, Kashrut reports, the degree of preparation and other STaM identification and verification details, forever.
