KASHRUT SUPERVISION
SHALEV built the most rigid, transparent and stringent Kashrut technology and supervision in the STaM World.
For the sake of the client's peace of mind, we added a Halachic Supervisor whose job is to check that all the raw materials in the preparation of the STaM are under the supervision of the 'Eidah HaHareidit' and that all documentation of the process is transferred to the customer without any changes or editing at all.
METICULOUS HALACHIC PROCESS
When the SHALEV SHIELD System reports that a correction needs to be made, immediately the Sofer, craftsman, or repairman receives a notice to stop his work until a Halachic Inquiry is made with the Kashrut Inspector.
Only after the Inspectors' decision and instruction can the STaM worker continue.
TRANSPARENCY IN KASHRUT
In any kashrut supervision in the world, it is not possible to know who the supervisors are, what their certification is and whether they have done the supervisory work properly.
SHALEV, the first in the world that gives the customer the opportunity to track the work of supervisors in real time and watch it even after receiving the STaM.
Above all, the customer is given the names of the supervisors, their certificates, an email for direct contact with them for any question or doubt.
All this to give you peace of mind.
KASHRUT CERTIFICATION
Only after the Kashrut Supervisor makes sure that all the processes are done as we have committed to and according to the rules of Halachah, will the final Kashrut Certificate be signed and attached to the STaM.
